Installation BLocked

Firstly i did an instalation with my nvidia card 1060 and it was a sucess. But becose i need mac for FCPX i have changed to rx 590 .
I add a new ssd and Begin an install with Olarila instructions.
My install is always blocked at the same place


Forcing CS_RUNTIME for entitlement.: com.apple.rootless.install/

I6700 , 16GB , Asus h170m-plus . Rx 590

OK. I have change in bios GPU from pci-e to HD530 and install is ok. How to add later graphic card that works on PCI-E?

use load optmized default and try again

OK.. I have made 4 different settings .
1) Mojave 14.3 With Hdmi connected from mainboard
Instalation crashes after 60-70%
2) Mojave 14.3 With RX590 booting stops with Forcing CS_Runtime for entitlement

3) Mojave 14.1 with RX590 booting stops


4) Mojave 14.1 with hdmi from mainboard instalation sucseed but after reboot and run from ssd Mojave . Panic and crash

First u need set bios secure boot others os
Then after installation success disable Lilukexts then green kexrs during hoot then see it's login or not
If Your RX 590 Xfx it's maybe card problem

Yes its XfX . Why is it different from other rx590?

Im sending this one tomorrow. I'll buy something else instead. Any suggestion? I need for FCPX but sometimes I do job on premiere pro under windows. I think there is no graphic card good for both editing softwares...
BTW mojave is running now on hd530 intel. No USB 3.0 :(
