how do I get backlight brightness working in Opencore? I have whatevergreen, but what else is needed.

WarHorse77, Opencore is just a bootloader an should work with all systems just has to be set up correctly

never really have dealt with it.took me along time to get my clover setup.is it any better or is it worse.

Hi MaLd0n, how to convert CLOVER to OpenCore Bootloader, does ACPI patches need to patch again (i.e. DSDT, SSDT)? If so, can you help me, thanks. Attaching my Send me files. Thank you.

these will help you understand in depth on the settings but do not use any opencore config only use plist editor or xcode

raelee, lol there are changes made to the config an kexts as youll have to keep up with also as it is still in the dev beta stages but if you read through the docs youll have an understanding an like for the device properties you can watch my YT video on how to add them in
