pepe21,
MaLd0n, is not working, I put the DSDT.aml in CLOVER>ACPI>patched.
Restart computer.
Select the boot option for the Mojave and when it executes, screen stays in black, the light of the USB devices connected turn off. Nothing happens.
Any clues?

I can start Windows from another SSD with Clover without a problem, though. The only problem is with Mojave.

Hey Mald0n,

My system was running absolutely fine with your dsdt file until I backed up a bootable backup to a new drive.

Now for some reason, it seems that the CPU is running a little hotter and fans a little more than usual.

I have not changed anything, transferred the EFI to the new drive, made sure all necessary kexts are in /L/E folder...

Average CPU cores temperature was at around 36 and now the average is 45....

Any Idea why this might be happening?

Thanks

Hey Mald0n

I thought I'll try creating a new dsdt but whenever I run RunMe app I get the following error at some point

IOREG dump failed. Retrying
Increased delay x2 for IOREG dump. This will take a while...(33 sec)

Thx

Sorry, I spoke too soon and figured it out.

MaLd0n, thank you for the useful links, I'm kinda new on this topics and I didn't knew there was something like that. Now I'm starting to understand a little bit.
I'm testing on more systems to learn how it works and check if it's possible run Mojave nice and smooth.
Now I installed on a system with an i7 4770, motherboard GA-H87M-D3H and GTX 650, so I'm not sure about which CLOVER folder I should use, because is 4 gen, and series on the useful links start on 5.
Any advices?

EDIT: I guess I should use this one:

CHIPSET SERIES 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 (NEHALEM / SANDY BRIDGE / IVY BRIDGE / HASWELL / BROADWELL)

Am I right?
EDIT 2:
I used it and the system boots normally.
Now I have the problem with the HDMI audio, which is not working. I guess that could be because I don't have the DSDT.aml?

RunMe file:

Thank you so much for your help! :guitar

MaLd0n,thank you for the DSDT.aml.

I'm having a problem with sleep, when computer sleeps, USB devices (USB 3.0 and card reader included) stop working, and I can't wake the system up again, only pressing power button for 4 seconds so the computer turns off and then turning on the system again.

I did some research and I deleted the com.apple.PowerManagement files on ~/Library/Preferences, but still not working.
I also have turned on the power on with keyboard (any key) and move mouse option from BIOS.

Any clues about where can be the problem? :help

Thanks!

MaLd0n,

Abraço

Hello MaLd0n,
I read your guide about Opencore bootloader I get really excited.
I thought maybe you will help in setup my first EFI folder with OC new directory structure and config file because it's a bit hard
I have several kernel patches.
so maybe the new bootloader will fix my sleep problems?
This my latest working EFI in Mojave 10.14.5
