Post by xpertvision » 11 May 2018, 09:09

when i shutdown the computer my audio interface "M-AUDIO M-TRACK 2x2" stay ON with the lights ON

i have to boot into windows to make a full shutdown , any ideias what i have to edit?

my audio interface is connected using USB-C but the USB 3.0 devices have the same problem (external hard drives)

only the regular USB 2.0 devices are shutdown perfectly

ok finally i got time to solve this, now its SOLVED!

in bios i activate this:
Advanced \ Power Management Setup → ErP Ready: [Enabled]

and i activate this settings on Clover Configurator:
Halt enabler
Fix headers

now the computer completely shutdown and all USB devices connected shutdown too :)

muito obrigado , thanks ;)
