onemanosx, my battery still drains very fast. SSDT copied on clover/acpi/patch. CPUFriend.kext and CPUFriendDataProvider.kext on kext/other folder. But upon checking on IOREG I cannot see cf frequency, can you tell me how to fix that, thank you.

Edit; I think I finally I got it sorted  , thank you for detailed guide :cap :guitar

Great! On other note, you might want to have EC0 to EC rename to load "AppleBusPowerController" i.e Apple's USB power properties

Is this method for CPU after first generation i7? I have a i7-920m CPU can I use this method for that CPU?

for first gen cpu just use SSDT only. CPUfriend is not required.

Other easier link to achieve the ssdt by using automated script [Local Link Removed for Guests]

Maybe this processor is not supported in PRgen? Tried it and get an error unsupported. Looked over a bunch of CFG files and I don't see anything less than 2nd generation intel i7/i5/i3. I will see if adding this CPU to the CFG will help any but is that the only reason why for the error or os it possible PRgen was not coded to work with 1st generation CPU?

Hi,

I get an error...

Image

Could this be that my DSDT is wrong?

Also, when I go to paste the frequency info, I have no _DSM:
