Wizzard, new laptop? You can find the working DSDT in page 4 if you are still using your teclast
Yes, still Teclast. Funny is, that it does not boot with those DSDT. This is the last thing I see.

Hi onemanosx, I tried to follow this guide to patch up my DSDT. Unfortunately, I couldn't get it to work. I've attached both my original DSDT and the "patched" one. Could you please advise me on what went wrong? (I've also attached a RunMe extract if needed). Thanks.

Ok. Got it.
Seems to me that I don't need any battery patch?
Could you confirm?

If you are still using your old laptop, I had established that your DSDT need no further patching. Here is the post [Local Link Removed for Guests]

You need to enable H_EC to EC patch in clover. If you have a patched DSDT, you should place it in Clover/ACPI/Patched folder. It also looks like you need I2C patch in your clover.

SemoB, Can you show the patches in txt file instead? I just did a quick look and found you did not patch for CYCN. You might want to check your work again and be extra attentive.

Aha, that was it. I missed CYCN. Patched it and now it works! Thanks, onemanosx. Is there anything else I need to do regarding power/battery management?

R-88, If you would have said, my laptop sees battery status without patching DSDT but using SSDT patching, I would have understood and it is possible. For some laptops even has working battery status without any patching done and this too is plausible. But, to say it works without kext on a hackintosh is something unheard of.
