You did not extend the port range in the plist.

You had maxed out 15 ports and cannot enable more ports. Unless, you do the patch limit and add more ports to the plist (theoretically should work)

I see, thanks a lot. I don't really need the last USB port (which is shared with USB3) so I'm all good.

By this time, I had placed my Radeon RX580 unto the motherboard. So, from now on I will use the RX580 as my main gpu.

Image

1. Graphics

[External Link Removed for Guests]
[External Link Removed for Guests]

a. Radeon RX580 – works out of the box with whatevergreen and lilu kexts
b. UHD 630 – Using device properties for WhatEverGreen will break analogue sound but not HDMI. However, using old method of choosing fakeid and ig-platform-id in clover with device id 0x3e920003 and fake id 0x3e928086 and check "inject-intel" will bring back analogue sound.

2. Sound for audio codec Realtek ALC892
[External Link Removed for Guests]

– AppleALC and lilu kexts
- Place kexts in Clover>Kexts>Other
- Use Layout id = 1 in Clover

3. USB ports

- USBInjectAll kext + custom ssdt method
[External Link Removed for Guests]

- FB patcher method – Use generated USBPower.kext alongside PMheart’s USB Port limit patch for Mojave Beta. USBInjectall can be
removed from system when using this method.
[External Link Removed for Guests]

- USBInjectAll + clover boot arg method
[Local Link Removed for Guests]

- PMHearts USB Port Limit Kext to Patch (Patch not working from 10.14.1 onwards)
[Local Link Removed for Guests]

4. PCIe Wifi Card
- [External Link Removed for Guests]

- Broadcom BCM943602CS Wifi (Place kext in Clover>kexts>other)
- AirportBrcmFixup.kext [External Link Removed for Guests]
- Lilu.kext v1.2.5 or later ([External Link Removed for Guests])

- Broadcom BCM943602CS Bluetooth (Place kext in Clover>kexts>other)
Guide: [External Link Removed for Guests]
- BrcmFirmwareData.kext
- BrcmPatchRam2.kext

There are also other ways to enable wifi without using kexts mentioned above.

If you are interested, you can read up here [Local Link Removed for Guests]

5. DSDT Renames

- Rename GFX0 to IGPU
- H_EC to EC
- XHCI to XHC
- HDAS to HDEF
- SAT0 to SATA

6. DSDT Patches

- HPET
- SLPB
- Darwin
- XHCI
- HDEF
- RTC fix
- IRQs fix
- SMBUS
- BUS1
- ALSD
- IMEI

In summary - The only kexts I use for this build (clover>kexts>others)

- ALC892 Audio Codec = AppleALC.kext + Lilu.kext
- Intel I219V7 Ethernet port = IntelMausiEthernet.kext
- UsbPower generated with FB Patcher app for custom usb port injection
update: nowadays, I use custom ssdt for my USB ports

- VirtualSMC or FakeSMC (use either one, NOT BOTH) ---> compulsory kext
- for Graphics = WhatEverGreen.kext + Lilu.kext

Hello Sir,

I need help to enable Intel UHD 630 with full acceleration in Mac os Mohave 10.14.5(18F132).

I have tried multiple method from different forums like adding values to config plist, change sm bios to 17.1,18.1,but nothing work.
it is showing 7 M.B. ram and no kext loaded. My Specification as follows..

Processor :- Core i3 8100
Mobo :- Asus B 360 MA
Ram :- 8 GB DDR 4 2400. mhz.
SSD :- Crucial BX 120 GB (Boot Drive).
GPU :- Nvidia 750 (Currently removed from system to enable HD 630)

As I mentioned above GTX 750 has been removed from the system, because I want to enable Intel Quick since video feature.so please help me to enable I GPU with full VRAM.

(After enabling iGPU and quick sync I will put my Ge-force card and I want to do some cosmetics like both IGPU and D.gpu shown. in about this Mac like u have done in your post..:))

MacUser, Intel quicksync does not require full graphics acceleration. Intel HD is activated with a headless framebuffer just like a real mac.

I haven't got any proper solution, every forum has its own ways so I am confused where to put values and where need remove, most of the CPU are 8th Gen i5 and there are lots of confusion with fake id's and GPU key.

Since from last week I am struggling to enable UHD 630.but I think I need to downgrade to Sierra just because stuck on UHD installation.

MacUser, Like I said a few posts back, the idea of enabling iGPU in headless framebuffer means no full graphic acceleration. And intel quicksync works as such. Meaning, video out is primary from dedicated graphics card. In this case, you did not connect any.

In other words, your video output should come from your RX/GTX card and not from motherboard video out.

As I said earlier Currently I have removed my GTX card and connected monitor HDMI to onboard igpu,it is working fine but shows only 7 mb of RAM instead if 1536 MB. Meaning graphics is disabled, so first need to enable graphics, then I can move on to enable quick sync right?

now I am stuck to enable graphics of Intel UHD 630.

so now just help to enable UDH graphics using i3 8100 CPU.
