Blacket, which I2C satellite kext are you using?

Same config as what used to work on previous versions of MacOS.
Maybe go back to the version of AppleALC that works in that previous setup?

noisegate, Looks like audio is enabled with ID 2. Nothing notably wrong in config or ioreg as far as I can see here.

I use latest kexts in the right places (please check original post)
I'm a bit lost... :|
Dont worry. If you are certain you are had not modified native AppleHDA, you are in the right track with Lilu and AppleALC in Clover.

Extract a sendme archive.

noisegate, As the saying goes, use latest Lilu and AppleALC kexts. Where do you install the kexts? Clover/kexts/other or L/E?

noisegate, change layout id. Reboot. Then look at ioreg if layout id changes. If it does, clover injection is not the issue.

Here's where I'm at at the moment:

indeed you are trying to inject layout id 1. But what does ioreg show?

Thanks for your reply, what should I be looking for, where is the injected layout supposed to show?
In this example, layout id 1 is injected. Do note in ioreg the id is shown as HEX.

noisegate, Working ids are as in this link [External Link Removed for Guests]

You should be able to see the intended layout id is successfully injected using ioreg (whether or not audio is working). Can you confirm?

festano92, Asus are known for their buggy GPI0 hence most track pad only works in polling mode instead of the desired interrupt mode.

Enjoy your hack!

I updated the bios, installed again mojave, dropped the new acpi tables, patched dsdt from start and populated the patched folder. Now my pc is fully working
Congrats! So, I assume the old DSDT is causing the track pad issue somehow.
