Se precisar, pode ser usado.

Sei que vários Sandy Bridge precisam. Ivy Bridge ainda não testei.

This can't be patched in DSDT. You can [External Link Removed for Guests] though.

It's a perl script, not a binary.

Após aplicar o patch, e C e P states = No e criar o ssdt.aml como descrito no fórum tenho esse KP:

But CPU temperature is too high 60+ !!!!!

that is not a problem


u need the aicpm patch and u dsdt well edited to have native power management

good hack

I am using edited dsdt. also set generate P & C states.
booting with this, as I saw from log info -

Tenho sim. Segue em anexo. Gerei o dsl e compilei para aml. Usei uma aplicação que aceitava dois argumentos: max TDP e max freq. No caso do meu processador, Intel i7 2630QM, era 45 e 2900.
