Hi guys im triing to get working my sony vaio vpceb3m1e,
Installed Maverick from olarila's usb image
Multibeast for chimera bootloader
Nullcpu, revo and bootfix loaded
stuck at Missing bluetooth controller
I think its audio or graphic related cause audio doesnt working even after a kexk of another vpceb3m1e owner and resolution is not right.
Tried -v -x -f and npci=0x2000 but didnt helped
Maybe i have to remove other audio kext?
Actually wifi isnt working also so it's a total pain
I've seen on osx86 that this laptop should run 95%

Hello

We don't give support to tonymac's tools, this include Multibeast... Know why: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/ ... onymacx86/

Why you need revoboot? Chameleon make the job.

NullCPUPM is good, but only active 2 states of your CPU, Max and Min. Currently NullCPUPM is dispensable, because you can activate power management by bootloader with all states working.

I recommend re-install your system and follow this post-install: viewtopic.php?f=28&t=1716
Read carefuly, all thing you need are in this guide.

Goodmorning guys and ty pimentel86 for the answer.
I didnt know about tonymac stuff so ty for the info, im dropping theirs stuff.
Currently reinstalling the vanilla os x from olarila' usb image, i'm goin to use chameleon 2.1 as deault bootloader. Since i don't have further infos i install only the bootloader and try to load into os x without usb
:)

Hello

You're using an old Chameleon version.
2.1 doesn't support MV

Download newest version: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/files/ ... on-22-svn/

boot with usb bootable, but choice the partition that you installed MV and install Chameleon.

No im following very carefully the post install guide so atm just installed bootloader chameleon 2.2 and had to use chameleon wizard to crate the org.chameleon.boot.plist cause was missing (also checked hidden files) also SMBios.plist is missing
Tried with no flags
Flags -f -v
Edited the org.chameleon.boot.plist with also npci=0x2000
Still stuck
Thanks pimentelx86

Hello

You need read the guide, FakeSMC is very important.

After install you need configure your installation. You need create Extra folder in root folder

Inside Extra folder you must need create 2 main archives: org.chamelon... and SMBios, create it with app Chameleon Wizard, also you can install kext with Kext Wizard and update cache

Read post install guide and understand. You realy need read.
