I used several patches from Olarila to get my ASUS P8B-WS running in Lion, but I have figured out that while speedstep works, turbo does not. I have a Xeon E3-1230 processor.
I used these patches:
_T_x rename
HDEF
Mac Devices
ALC892
alias fix
DTGP
EHCI
IRQs
LPC SANDYBRIDGE
New HPET
RTC

Am I missing something for Turbo?

I think it's an SSDT issue. Are you using GeneratePStates or custom SSDT.aml?
