You need to install the ATA drivers (AppleNForceATA?)

Use System Info to check the kext in use when you boot with the CD

Do i just need to drag the kext into the extras folder? Or is there an installation method?

Also, i have no sound - even when i boot from CD.

And my resolution for my GPU (Nvidia GTX470) is not right, but i guess that step comes next!

Drag the kext into /System/Library/Extensions and run Kext Utility
http://cvad-mac.narod2.ru/Kext_Utility/

For audio use VoodooHDA (remove AppleHDA to avoid possible kernel panic)

For video install Fermi driver (requires 10.6.5 or later) and use GraphicsEnabler=Yes

I've Foxconn G41 Mxe wth only Ich7 (no AHCI) It works on it ??!

Should work. You may need a patched AppleIntelPIIXATA.
