Script to patch AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement for Sandy Bridge systems. It searches for write operations to MSR 0xE2 in otool output, so it should work for any version. Tested with 10.6.8, 10.7, 10.7.2, 10.7.3 and 10.8.

SMC Monitor is a Java front end for the command line tool smc by devnull. The app was written by el coniglio.

In the preferences window you can define which SMC keys should be shown in the main window, edit their descriptions and set the conversion type.
There’s also a window with P and C states info parsed from ioreg.
You need this new version of FakeSMC and its plugins to have more keys available, such as CPU frequency and voltage (IntelCPUMonitor)

el coniglio released this DSDT editor with automated patching capabilities
The main editor windows allows the user to open a DSL file or extract the DSDT from IOReg. It has some useful resources, like syntax highlighting, navigation tree and some options that came with the text editor component it uses, like regex matching, auto completion, jump to pair, etc.
The patcher window parses a script-like language representing the patches. The user can preview the modifications before applying them. This “language” allows us to write dynamic patches that can be applied in various situations. More specific commands can be written as they become necessary.

A intenção principal do programa, além de ajudar o usuário a identificar o hardware, é gerar uma HCL (Hardware Compatibility List), cuja interface de navegação está disponível em http://olarila.com/kexts. O usuário pode enviar as informações de kexts e respectivos devices para o sistema pelo próprio programa, selecionando a opção “Transmit data” no menu, conforme a imagem:
